Overall, the hotel surpasses some expectations but falls short in certain aspects.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were spotless and free of any mess, which was a great start after our first night. Additionally, the location right on the beach surrounded by beautiful homes and resorts was a high-end treat. However, the unwelcoming attitude from some staff members was a downside, especially the room cleaners and one pool attendant who expected tips before assisting.

I stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! The rooms had a breathtaking view, although we had to keep the blinds closed due to some privacy concerns. They were very nice and clean, tastefully refurbished with all the conveniences like strong WiFi, a safe, mini-fridge, and a large flat screen TV. The service was top-notch, with super helpful staff all around, from the front office to the beach and restaurant. The location was incredible, right on the ocean in Highland Beach Florida, making for superior access to various attractions. The dining experience was great, especially the restaurant offerings. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
